How are we going to get valuation of the land? Doesn't an engineering firm have to see what's there? Isn't Dunn already in the process of doing just that? On the other hand, we will know about OWNERSHIP of the land. THat is the most important thing because Tow's group has pledged $200M in assets for the 50M shares of restricted stock. As long as the ownership has transferred from Tow's company to MTEI, then I believe we will be ok. BTW, when in Houston I saw a deed from Tow's company to Mountain Energy, Inc. Steve
