Michael, I can try to answer your questions. Buddy and others can correct me if they don't agree.

Is one of the JV's or directors belong to DeBeer's?

Monopros is the arm of De Beers in Canada. They are one of the JV partners on the FALC project. There is no director representing De Beers or Monopros on the Board of Directors of KRT.

If so, why wouldn't DeBeer's be putting money directly into KRT?

They match the funds allocated by KRT for the exploration of FALC but don't invest directly in the Company. It would not likely be in the best interest of KRT.

If not, does DeBeer's have some need or desire to obtain KRT?

They may be interested in KRT's share of FALC once a feasibility study proves that the site could be mined profitably. There could be other suitors too.

If so, can DeBeer's get control of KRT thru common stock purchases?
If so, are they capable of manipulating the stock price thru buying practices?

Although there have been rumours to that effect, I would think that, at this point in time, they have better things to do.

If DeBeers does want KRT and gets control (which I'll asssume is 51% of stock?) will there be an eventual payoff for those of us who have the patience?

From what I have heard, some of the major investors in KRT are accumulating stock to that end. It is probably part of the reasoning behind this review by Murray Tildesley.
