Finally got out on a bounce. Man....what a downer stock. I understand the rumors about the "buyout" were on the web earlier this summer, as well. I'd love to nail whoever initiated that information.

The "effective date" of a registration, I believe, is the earlier of 30 days from it's filing or the date the SEC accepts the filing without further comments.
