Sorry it took so long to get back to you. As far as the Hawthorne "issues" goes, Steve said specifically that he could only speak in generalities and I didn't feel that it was wise to push him. It was obvious that he didn't want to get into a discussion with someone who just called hium out of the blue ... investor or not. He was careful to let me know that the Hawthorne deal was not dead ... it was just not as flexible as he had thought. He said that he was investigating options at this time. It sounded like the statements of a businessman. I am increasing my position.
