Hi FlaGuy, As far as I'm concerned, I believe you would be correct in saying that this is it would be a great LT hold. Especially at this price. The company says they will miss expectations by a penny and some acquisitions didn't close as expected but they say that they are looking at making larger acquisitions in the future as opposed to what they have in the past. Looks like 4 or so of the analysts following the co. moved their rec's down to a hold and reduced estimates for the end of fiscal 98 probably because of this. Still show an expected 26% growth rate over the longer term. Honestly, the money I have placed in the stock is more for the short to medium term. But for someone looking for a good long term growth stock,,I think this is the right price to buy in. I did not watch the sell off but I would imagine some funds lightened up. It looks overdone. You may see a few day traders coming in and out right through here...but I've also seen some nice large blocks, a couple 50k buys went through a few minutes ago. There are a lot of shares out there in this one and takes a little time to make it move sometimes. Who knows, maybe the co. will announce a really nice acquisition that investors will really like between now and the end of the year. That seems to be what they are hinting in the press release.
