John, you are mistaken when you write: "The valuation is now slightly more than the value of the company autumn 1997."

Perhaps you meant that the stock price of TAVA is only slightly more than the stock price in the autumn of 1997.

But the market valuation of TAVA has increased substantially. Did you forget about all of the dilution that has occurred in the last 9 months? There are almost 50% more shares of TAVA now.
Regards, Bill

John,
>>I am still waiting for a realistic and facts based reasoning as to why TAVA
should be overvalued now and not last autumn<<

There has been quite substantial dilution, about 30-50% from memory though you would need to check the 10Qs.

IMO two significant reasons for the above are:

1. Nine months ago there was much more time before 1/1/2000 for TAVA to 'show the money' and get on a serious growth curve. Now the opportunity is slipping away and the money has yet to be shown.
2. There was a considerable expectation that the CD would go gangbusters and bring in very substantial earnings. That has not happened.

IOW, TAVA does not have the potential that it had then.
Patrick.

I am still waiting for a realistic and facts based reasoning as to why TAVA
should be overvalued now and not last autumn; in the light of these earnings
gaining contracts. All these companies contracted only allow TAVA to issue
such PR's when some real business is being done.
In the light of the Y2k threat; acting otherwise would be risky v.v. share
holders and their lawyers (think in terms of 'lack of due care / lack of due
diligence / negligent management by executive management and board')
