As far as private placements go, its encouraging that someone would
shell out $700,000 for a company that hasn't even launched its product
yet. Its also very bullish that PINC didn't go the famous Reg S route
and dilute the float like so many other BB start-ups, primarily the
desperate ones that don't have the goods. This small placement is just 1 more piece to the puzzle- the private placement investors, after PINC showed 'em THE GOODS, just bet 3/4 million and are willing
to wait 1 year for a return, possibly missing out on a huge early
stock run-up on the product launch and huge internet deal announcement!

LONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG AND SHORT TERM BIG WINNER HERE!!!!
