In my opinion and its just my opinion from what I've read of the background of the management for MTEI they DON'T look like scam artists.
Major Tom I think we will pull up before we hit the ground.

Cliff, it is up to a market maker to decide whether or not MTEI resumes trading. A 15c2-11 puts a heavy responsibility on the lead MM signing the form. There will have to be a reason for a MM to assume this risk.

By the way, if anyone has a broker that they know well, it would be educational to ask how companies generally trade following a trading halt and a 15c2-11 requirement. It is my understanding that they invariably trade much lower.
