Tae, I would love to buy more, but am over-weighted as is. Worse, I don't have anything to sell- my Cendant, Parametric and 3Dfx are just too low to go... But...I have to tell you that Commandos is AWESOME! Finished the demo today, and I can tell you that I will buy this the first day it is out!!! And I am not the only one who thinks that this it is great. At dreamfusion.com, I saw an article stating that EIDSY has shipped 210,000 units already! In Europe alone!!! Want more proof? Click the link: gamespot.co.uk You will see that it is the best selling game in Europe right now; note that FF7 hasn't even hit number 1! Talk about a sleeper hit! And Eidsy has apparently signed Pyro to do Commandos 2. Nice to see Championship manager in the rankings for its 38th week... The best thing about the chart is not seeing ERTS (ok, 1 bullfrog title)! I do NOT like those guys! It would have been great if we could have scored the Squaresoft deal instead of them...oh well. Looking at the Eidos home page, then the "affiliates" page. Looked good- Ion Storm, Square, Crystal Dynamics, Core. They need to keep this up...partnering with the best is good business. Topic for discussion: what else does Eidos need? ATVI and GTIS both have a "crap" label- Head Games and Wizard Works. Could Eidos use one of these types of companies to develop crapware for the masses? Deer Hunter is no laughing matter...naturally it would carry its own name (not Eidos). How about educational/kids titles? GTIS has Humongous,Sierra has all kinds of stuff, TLC has bunches as well. In order to be competitive, well rounded, and not overly dependent on one area going into the future, I believe EIDSY needs to address these two areas. Now, how about this scenario for an acquisition: MPRS is trading at about 3. With 6M shares its market cap is 18M- a real joke. There is still about 30M in debt. EIDSY bids .5 shares of Eidsy for each MPRS. This represents a 100% premium. Plenty fair. EIDSY assumes 30M in debt and issues 3M shares. Now, they sell off the European distribution to THQI- they need it, EIDSY does not. They eliminate all upper management. They keep Alameda, Chapel Hill and Hunt Valley studios. They take Falcon and JSF and Gunship 3 and M1TP2 and brand a military franchise label, much like ERTS has done with Jane's Simulations. They now have entries in simulations, as well as shooters with Klingon Honor Guard and X-com Alliance. They milk the Star Trek and MechWarrior Licenses. They port the good ones to the Consoles. They also have hard core strategy with X-com and MechCommander. I think this would fill out their current gaming roster, as a great deal of it is focused on real time strategy games. Oh, there is also Civilization and Grand Prix. What do you think? Do you want some of what I am smoking? :0 JeffLins
