Jack is guilty of placing too much good faith in someone who no way in hell deserved it. He is also guilty of not doing enough DD. I guess many people are just as guilty. But I do not believe Jack is guilty of fraud or misrepresentation. Regardless of the outcome, many lessons have been learned. Let's hope it all works out for the best. Tod

To every one about MTEI from TAKI:Nothing to worry about guys. What happen today is a good thing for all of us. Now the SEC can check that the company is not a scam and it has the assets it claims it has. After the proof of the assets of MTEI to SEC the stock should work out for the best of all the share holders and maybe we will see $1.00 area faster than I thought. So seat back in your sofas have a drink relax and do not worry. We should all make a lot of money in this very fine company. Please no more negative things with no reason for it.

----- My Thoughts On The Trade Suspension ----- Why bring attention to yourself with a lawsuit if your running a scam? You don't. MTEI just got caught and played by a few people who understand, barely if at all legal loopholes better then they do. Gort, the other IR guy and Christensen to name a few, true scumbags. I spoke to both of them in the past and let me tell you they have deceit written all over their voices. They need to prove their assets stated in the FIRST PR, Gort and the other original IR guy, can't think of his name, are true manipulators of PR's connected to OTC:BB stocks. They sent these PR's without any proofreading from MTEI . Book Value of $2.85, etc. Dunn needs to get the reserves, $200 million in assets, verified. They have 2 weeks to do this. The suspension began today, 9:30 am and will end 11:59pm August 11. Now if they can not prove the assets, we are in a bind, if they do, and it gets announced, the stock will be stronger then ever before and you will see all the "these warning types, bashers, etc come running back with their tails between their legs. Regardless of what happens this company is NOT a scam. LH
