Mr. Wachs statement, "Furthermore, all the negative comments and rumors coming from investors are hurting the company. The company is a year old and has accomplished a great deal in just that time. Analysts are beginning to look at this company. They are coming to our boards and they aren't going to like what they are seeing here." IF he did say this, the guy is very misguided. MEMO TO WACHS: Give us information about current events so we won't have to speculate. Update your website. Take down netmastergroup.com (I consider the fact that this site still exists as a direct reflection of the company). Release news regarding ZULU. BE HONEST. Quit playing the friggin' game. INVESTORS AREN'T HURTING THIS COMPANY< THE COMPANY IS HURTING ITSELF.

The following was just posted on ESVS/Yahoo. Why do I think that this is either Mr. Wachs or Mr. Hayton, himself? What a wonderful world of conjecture this really is! GOOD_NEWS_IS_COMING Jul 29 1998 2:38PM EDT Week of August 3rd, during the middle of the business week ESVS filings a 10KSB! Toward the end of the week look for increased volume (1mm +) in ZULU or ESVS. Week of August 10th, toward the end of the week start looking for ESVS filings, PRE 14A, 10-C, and DEF-14A! Look for some type of press release as well. Reverse Merger/Reverse Acquisition won't be final until late September, around the week of Sept 14th or Sept 21st! Be patient ZULU/ESVS shareholders good thing are in the midst! Remember mark your calendars, you won't be sorry! Please don't ask any questions, just mark your calendars and wait for those dates!
