Woody,

There's horizontal support at 420. If that doesn't hold, there's uptrending support reaching 390 in 2 weeks. It looks like that's where it's headed. The chart has also broken below another important line along the lows on 4/7 and 4/27.

The best case scenario I can see is that it's putting in a head of an inverted H&S which could be completed later in Sept.
