Acly does migration from DEC to other platforms. Some big volume
is happening in this stock, either everybody is bailing big time
at the bottom here or people are buying. I vote for the second
option.

You sound authoritative but you offer not a shred of evidence for your claims of automated toolset inadequacies, nor any evidence of direct experience with Navig8.
If DEC had been adept at developing their own tools for scanning (and fixing) code, why would they contract with ACLY in the first place?

And yes, migration from DEC to Windows NT is precisely what ACLY has their eyes on(and tools ready for, I might add)for post Y2K.
