Even with double printing on the OTCBB, you gotta wonder where all these shares are conming from! Still looks to me like the MMs are trying to hold this down. Just spoke to Greg and he tells me for a fact that there was a 92K trade which was TRIPLE printed, so it seems the MMs are trying to make it appear that the float is much greater than it really is. He verifies the float is less than 2.5M, for a fact. Regarding the private placement, it is normal that these things are done at something of a discount to the market value. What is NOT NORMAL is when insiders spend 700K of their own money (as the PINC insiders did) to buy stock that they will not be able to sell for 1 year. That shows that they have great faith in the company, and should inspire confidence in shareholders!
