"substitutions" Uh, yeah, that's the word I was seeking. I'm having brain cramps today. :-) Actually, I think the Motorola Pager is a great complement to Portico. I'd love to see Motorola bundle the Portico service with that pager. Sounds like a great promotional opportunity for both MOT and GMGC. I'm also thinking that the companies that IBM signs up for their service might be good candidates in the future for a relationship with GMGC. If they are progressive enough to offer a voice interface they might consider an agent interface. Just thinking out loud.
