I asked that question as to why SEC decided to suspend or who brought Mtei to their attention. Carmine's answer was that they get their information from various sources and avenues. Not one individual was responsible.

Talk about mixed emotions today, I dont know weather to laugh or cry!
Thank God for PLFM one of their strategic partners won the largest telecommunication company offering in Brazil today and 2 other partners won cellular companies! That couldnt have worked out better! Then I have to watch the MTEI mess. My head is spinning.
