What I find problematic is that Wallstreetdaily only discloses that they received 200,00 shares for services. They do not disclose that the domain registrant is the Director of Marketing for BLHG as Jay D indicated in an earlier post. If Richard Virderamo was in fact serving in his present capacity with BLHG at that time, should he not have disclosed it?

Wall Street Daily recieved 200,000 shares of Beacon Light Holding Company's (BLHG) Stock in compensation for researching their company."

Further, this is what they say in their editorial and feature story:

"E d i t o r i a l

Wall Street Daily takes a different approach to the companies that, we believe, will appear in tomorrow's financial news headlines as "Hot Stocks."

We look to evaluate a company not only on product, management, and current performance but how we forecast the product or service will perform based on a sound marketing strategy that is properly financed and well executed.

Our professionals' experience in an extensive range of business environments, coupled with collective decades of marketing and advertising expertise, provides for an in-depth evaluation of products and services in sectors poised for growth.

With important consideration given to such input as well as conducting periodic interviews with management of recommended companies, Wall Street Daily can furnish the potential investor with sound investment reasons and insights to ensure the consumer becomes a wise investor.

F e a t u r e d - S t o r y

thinking industries, companies, management, and attitudes can spell success in a big way for the alert investor. Remember, the automobile was simply man's answer to horse pollution. Wall Street Daily will feature a special section that looks at the growth potential of companies in industries such as pollution control, food production, anti-aging, genetic engineering, and other future trends and reporting back on those firms we think offer a strong potential for solid growth.

For example, the devastation of our oceans is a part of the ecological imbalance of our planet--impacted by the fact that we take too much "good" out and put too much "bad" in. Addressing problems such as these in new, creative, or even "why-didn't-I-think-of-that" ways can hurtle an unknown small cap company into the rarified atmosphere of a Microsoft or a Toys 'R Us. Less than a decade ago, in 1988, something called the Internet supported a few thousand graduate students and some rocket scientists. Today, the Internet has over 25 million hosts and a traffic growth of about 400% annually.

The next issue will bring you the first in a series of industries and the companies that Wall Street Daily believes will meet these needs."

Thoughts anyone?
