Because you lied about who you were and the reasons you were posting on this thread If you want to apologize for that and scaring investors out of ABMI at everyone else's expense then we can have a rational discourse. Regards, Jeff

I do not know about any trashing of you that has occurred on this board in the past. Are you THE David Summers? If so, I sure as hell could do some trashing of my own, in the form of a recitation of your failure at ABMI, and the money it cost me and many other innocent investors. Where do you get the guts to show up here? Perhaps you have been born again and are now free from any sense of guilt? That's great for you, but doesn't recoup my losses for me. If you prevail in your lawsuit, will you share some of the cash with me?
