esterina-- you make a good point, but MOT and IBM tried to beat INTC with powerpc, and that didnt work too well. of course, they didnt have the design team AMD has. i am just waiting and hoping for IDT and NSM to drop out of the processor market. the PC market could support AMD and INTC in high style, but not all four. while NSM and IDT may not be selling much, they are putting pricing pressue on AMD. i dont like that. i am holding now, but like i said i am looking for an exit, maybe around 22. however, i work up these exit #s and very rarely stick with them. i guess i am just waiting for some really good news from AMD, like retiring sanders and cutting R&D a little<G>. as for a bottom on VLSI...no doubt. good luck to all, trey
