The gameplan all along was to develop the properties through an accelerated drilling program to further "prove-up" these resources. Once enough assays have been completed to "western" standards, Mosquito (KeyCap's joint venture partner) will shop the properties to Barrick, Phelps-Dodge, Placer Dome, and the like. The fact is, most of the properties in the joint venture have already been well-proven, but by strictly Russian standards. These standards have always been very difficult to "transpose" to North American methodology. Hence, Mosquito's ongoing efforts to develop these mines with in-fill drilling, trenching, etc. Bisset
