Oh, don't forget my other specultation on why the share count has dropped. Suppose MDIN bought up 40,000,000 shares of NPEC at $.03-$.04 over the last 6 months. That comes to $1,200,000-$1,600,000, well within MDIN's means. Then MDIN trades that stock for the 14,400,000 shares of MDIN owned by NPEC and both companies cancel the acquired stock and pull it out of the market. POOF! No more dilution problems and no more unhappy shareholders. NPEC drops to 40,000,000 issued and outstanding and MDIN drops to 35,000,000 more or less.
