What is this. Who are you kidding. Are you trying to threaten us for posting our opinion? There have been accusations flying around from both sides. However, it does not take a genius to figure out that this company has been mismanaged for a long time. Since PM is the head guy, he takes the blame. How can I say it has been mismanaged? I have watched 2 and 1/2 years go by at a cost of anywhere between $10-15MM (depending on who you listen to) and I see the following:

A lame web site that is now getting complaints from players (I have seen a complaint a a site called the gamemaster just so you know I am not making it up, that talks about not receiving winnings);

Little tech and customer support;

Only a few games (and I believe poorly tested in Beta). You don't even have craps;

As far as I know, no ongoing development for new games and updates;

Now I look around and see, what, 130 sites? Some are on their 3rd and 4th generation and improvement of their software. I have played at some of these and they do a good job of catering to the customer. Can WWWC make those claims? Why aren't we at that level. PM has never adequately explained this to the shareholders.

Other passing thoughts:
Why all the subsidiaries every time a deal was made. Has PM ever explained why this was necessary?;
What about P.J. Promotions? We never agreed to invest in boxing;
Remember change carts? Oh, please, what were you thinking;
What about Camelot;
Remember Hollywood casinos;
Why was Digital Age and Binky Roo necessary. Why not just hire programmers?;
Why was an audit never completed?;
Why did we go through so many CFO's?;
Why is everyone quitting?;
What about St. James Club?;
How about the Red Dot fiasco?;

Can anyone support a management whose performance is so dismal? Never mind the accusations. The proof is in the pudding. I don't care about those accusations. I just look up and see a poorly managed company. This is in no one's interest, including PM who has the largest stake. Jeeze, if I was PM and had 30MM shares I would have stepped down a long time ago and let some one who knew what they were doing run the company.

So you wwwc employees think this guy is providing a vision? Just look at where PM has taken you. Do you really think this is a 'good job'? Is this what and who you want to follow? Why do you think it will be different in the future? There is only so much time to fool around with a start up business. Eventually you run out of money and good bye. So I am interested in hearing why you think we should continue business as usual when a dismal performance is so evident and obvious.

Hey Everybody! Peter finally got on the thread under the pen name WWWC employees. Say hello to Peter. Oh Peter, you shouldn't use words like extort, cowards, etc. and misinformation about the people on the thread they might sue you for more. You only sound like the law was written for you. Who do we want to run the company? We want a honest, business person who has good business mind and fills his fudiciary duties like paying the taxes, paying the bills on time and as promised, having a certified audit and does not lie. He must follow the laws of the land. More later.

WWWC Shareholders

Peter Michaels is feeling the control of WWWC slipping from his fingers and is getting desperate.

It's nice to see him squirm.

"PS Michael Harb, we think you're a great guy, thanks for believe in us."

Michael Harb hasn't posted a message on the thread that he started since post #177 on May 8. 1998. This was the post where WWWC rescinded the agreement with Rangestar.

Where is he now?

"PS Mike Harb, We think you're a great guy. Thanks for believe in us."

I'll think you guys are great too....When I get the $10,000 I loaned you guys back in February returned...and when I see at least .25 on the dollar of my $70,000 private placement investment.

Not holding out any hope though. To think of what I "could" have done with that $80k.

All I've got to show for my investment is an IOU and a folder full of shareholder newsletters (aka 'empty promises')

Looks like I've been had.

wwwc employees

It has been over a week now and I still have not received my "COMPLETE UP TO DATE NEWSLETTER" or the "PHANTOM CD WITH IT'S NEW UPDATES". It looks like it's just another promise that was made to the shareholders that was not kept.

Have any of the shareholders received there's?

Aside from no news letter you have failed to answer any of the questions that I have asked. Are the question too hard or do you not want to answer them because the shareholders would know the real truth?
