What do you make of the deal between IBM and IBIS. Is the IBIS chip solution a revolutionary step in chip making or just a minor evolutionary step.

George I wondered and I realize this is also poltically/european involved is the future of cdma2000 versus w-cdma taking in account that qcom has ipr's for w-cdma and have stated they will not release for commercial use, is their any othertech that could get around qcom ipr's on cdma
a holder of qcom long.
