Thanks for the info Batman. I did notice they removed the arrest warrent, interesting. Means they are reading what you write, kind of makes you feel special when a company is concerned with what you write on a message board isn't it? Seems like they would have better ways to spend their time, like creating some shareholder equity. Guess not..

i talked to someone who is close to waite. (not affiliated with the company) he talked to waite on tuesday. he was in nyc on another road trip. waite told him that it was a done deal and that he would be back on wednesday. it is now thursday afternoon and no announcment.
who knows?
