Question: Would PSINet be an example of an ISTP?

Here is an article from Internet Week "PSINet Introduces Voice-Over-IP Suite"

I've been trying to follow your discussion, but my poor "English Major" "Sales & Marketing" professional brain is having some trouble. Did you mean the following: This new-fangled programmable switch allows me to make a voice call through my computer, it goes over the line (telephone or cable) a relatively short distance in packets to my ISP, where it then branches off and travels over the regular old telephone network rather than the internet? Or did I misunderstand completely? You don't need to talk to me like a four year old (like Denzel Washington in the movie, Philadelphia) but it might help. <g>
