An SEC phone call would certainly have been appropriate. As to who was guilty of pathetic actions, I reserve total judgement until I know the results of the investigation. This is such a shame. My advice everyone: shut off your computers, have a drink or an ice cream or whatever makes you feel better, and check back in a few days. BYE.

Steven - think about it for a minute. If the SEC called MTEI before the halt someone quick on the trigger might have got a sell order in before the halt. The playing field is uneven enough without insiders being warned ahead of time. The SEC exists to protect the public, not the insiders.

Thanks Steve, now that leaves 6 others. Can't we have their comments? I chose my FIVE criteria very carefully, I wish you all would address each one instead of making a general statement:

"I wonder, do any of the M7, in hindsight, have any second thoughts as to the thoroughness,
objectivity, accuracy, balance, and depth of the investigation they did in reporting their
conclusions in their report to us shareholders?"

Thanks.
