I have no information about this, but it smacks of more manipulation and smoke and mirrors by King Henri.....he tries to obfuscate the real work and cost of development by using joint ventures and partially owned subs...best I can tell he does this to keep the costs off of GENZ's books, make GENZ look as good as possible and use these other entities to develope....thus, diluting any success for the GENZ shareholders with other financiers. The capital structure is so convoluted that many in wall street just give up, rather than try to understand a moving target..
