Major Tom, you will very likely get your wish to buy MTEI at today's prices or much cheaper. Do you know of any stock that gapped up after a trading halt with a 15c2-11 requirement?

By the way, if you are serious just put the word out. I am sure that many individuals will sell you shares at today's prices. There is no law or regulation preventing sales of shares from one individual to another.
