MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 29, 1998--Quadrant International (QI), an expert provider of software and hardware digital video solutions, has appointed John Collins as its vice president for worldwide sales. Collins will use his 14 years of experience in sales and engineering to formulate and execute QI's domestic and worldwide sales strategy.

Prior to joining QI, Collins worked for Western Digital Corporation, where he began as an applications engineer and rose to his most recent position as a director of strategic sales. As director, he managed all business activities with a multi-national computer manufacturer, including pre-sales development, qualification, forecasting, market share and margin management. During his tenure as director, Collins expanded revenues under his management from $300,000/year to over $40 million/year.
