Could well be that he is covering his assay, but from what others in the newspaper business have told me, that is pretty standard with editors. Same deal would go for Bob, don't think he will have much say as to exactly when/if his article appears, or what the headline will be. Maybe I'm wrong, and some of these guys have the power, and complete control over what they write, and how it is presented, but I doubt it.
