" The Fools specifically point out that the PEG is rather meaningless for the MSFT's, CSCO's, and TLAB's of the world. It's a *small cap* tool."

I'll have to admit that I didn't read the other 9 steps to investing foolishly. Any clues there as to why this tool should work for small cap but not large cap?

BTW - I mostly agree with Chuzzlewit's earlier points, especially the importance of interest rates.

$78 - 79 brings us back to neutral after a hugely overbought condition 10 days ago. If I had more bucks to commit this would be about the point I'd be throwing 'em at TLAB.
