They may be held libel when the smoke clears!!&#148 You're suggesting that the SEC just goes around halting any random issue that a certain group of ordinary people have researched and found questionable. Reality is quite different. There is no alternate reality involving an SEC conspiracy. Ask a lawyer&#151there's quite a few on SI&#151shouldn't be too hard to find one.

Trust me: the SEC doesn't move on BB stocks without reason, REAL reason. Yet you'd rather blame the SI Bashers for what's happened. NOT noooooooooo utter incompentence on the part of management, NOT a nasty connection with the Christensen empirette, certainly NOT!! And never mind Marc Tow and his tax forfeited properties. Let's get real: you're absolutely RIGHT. A few people posting on the SI MTEI thread are to blame for what's happened. And the SEC is part of the Grand Conspiracy. For anyone who's interested, Jack didn't call me. In his place I wouldn't have done so, either.
