I just called the transfer agent and I confirmed Eric's numbers. Transfer agent told me the new 100 million were added "about 3 weeks ago". So if Mike knew about it he was lying, Spencer is obviously lying, and I am out of here never to return. In my opinion this stock is on it's way to sub-penny levels. And if anyone has any questions as to whether the company is still selling shares the answer is YES. The total outstanding shares are 120,779,397. Thats 120 MILLION!!! 20 million more than was authorized earlier. That's 20 million in about 3 weeks according to the transfer agent!!!! Anyone else that is interested the transfer agent is Alpha Technologies (801) 278-1777. Anyone that wishes to stay with these thieves, I wish you the best of luck. As for me, I'm getting what little I can and I'm out of here. Ernie

LTGL 64 mill shares traded 5/29 - 7/31 -------------------------------------- On May 29 Spence said no more dilution... 27 million shares added since... Since May 29th, 42% of whats been trading has been ISSUED OUT OF THIN AIR!! I think its being "dumped" just after the open of each day... IMHO LTGL is getting the daily HIGH for each day selling this junk. On May 29th we closed at 0.071 Price dropped 62% since "no further dilution necessary" ******************************************************************** FOR SALE: Brooklyn Bridge, excellent condition. only $2,500 per foot. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Many "investors" on OTHER chat boards still belive LTGL will bounce to 0.10 - 0.15 on the next news!! ******************************************************************** ...and thats the ways I saw it!!
