<<Icon CMT also established an important alliance with ZAP Corp., the Internet subsidiary of Zapata Corp. (NYSE: ZAP - news). In the
two-million-dollar, four-year agreement, Zapata agreed to purchase Icon CMT's end-to-end Internet solutions to help ZAP establish itself as one
of the Internet's leading Web-portal companies.>>

Now we know where they are getting their Web design expertise. Sounds like a great deal to me.

Not really Craig. I don't know enough about ICMT's core business to make any judgements. Regardless the growth numbers do look good and as D&G notes it isn't difficult to figure out that Zapata has more than enough web support. Of note, Zap hangs on to an uptick while the big 3 YHOO, LCOS, EXCT get hammered down. Zap below A.D.V today. Street holding until 7/30/98? Possible accumulation going on?
