so when can the preferred shareholders start converting. My guess is 13 months Bill. Same structure as the INCE deal? Delete INCE, insert NPCT. Joe PTG&LI !!!

But should the question be - when can convert buyers short against the block. Also, remember, since this was an off-shore placement, funy things can happen. I realize these are not Reg S, but with laxer overseas rules/less audit trail & the fact that most of us never get physical certificates, selling restricted shares is a lot more common than most people realize. FYI DISCLAIMER - I AM NOT SAYING THAT ANYTHING FUNNY IS GOING ON WITH THE SHARES. I DO NOT HAVE, NOR DO I KNOW ANYBODY WITH A SHORT POSITION IN INCE OR NPCT (whew, that ought to hold of the raving NPCT tribe) Scott
