From the CPQ. Although it leaves me fairly confused I thought it might prove of interest to this thread. BTW I have very mixed feelings about Gateway although I have known several people who would never buy anything else based upon their experience with customer service and these were not computer illiterate people. I myself may fall into this category since my experience with customer service has been nothing less than outstanding considering that the problem was caused by software I installed. After having an experience like this it is hard to walk away from the company for an unknown. Also, from a family member at a major corporation, they now offer discounts to these purchasers. Although it may hurt margins it shows that they are aggressively going after this segment of the market. exchange2000.com
