This is a darn good reason to keep these share counts coming into me and don't forget to tell me whether you are interested in participating in a PP if offered. This is not a comitment just a feel for interested parties.

I know of many many more shares out there that have not written to me. Come on folks !! If Ptaskmaster's post isn't enough to stir the blood a little then I don't know what will.

This is an abbreviation done for Canadian accounting methods of the financial statements in the 10Q filed with the SEC on May 20, 98. It was posted on Edgar but when I looked for it this evening all IPM filings were pulled. All the 10Q paperwork was detailed and complete at the time and could have been filed for the OSC but they must have known the CDN OTC listing would be cut off due to the appeal with Nasdaq, OR they were forcing the issue, perhaps intending to stop the slide, with incomplete reporting. Either way, it looks to me like they intentionally knew and wanted it to stop trading on the CDN.
