Spike, that's only the half of it.

Divisions usually aren't just packed up and shipped across the country. My bet is that KTWO and 24/7 will be sharing information, technology, clients, and a great deal more. IMO, 24/7 is a leading candidate to acquire the rest of KTWO.

However, that would not seem to me to be the direction that the company is going. However, what the hell was the point behind acquiring Silicon Investor?

Just some thoughts,

TD.

24/7 IPO ... Will it be delayed?

There seems to be little news/discussion about 24/7 Media's IPO. CBS Marketwatch has them listed to price Monday 8/10. Anyone willing to guess wether the 24/7's IPO will be delayed with the market's recent "dip" ?

In the 24/7 S-1/A, it's estimated that KTWO will get about 250K shares. If the IPO trades at levels well above it's IPO pricing, KTWO may make quite a bit of $$ here.

IMHO, KTWO's a pretty good bargain right now. It's face value is roughly $6.5M ($3.5M cash and $3M IPO priced 24/7) with no debt. I believe there's only 3.6M shares outstanding, so if the company were sold for just it's holdings, it's worth nearly $2 per share! Personally, I'm willing to wait for this company to get recognized, or for it to earn it's value.
