I'll add that when I spoke to an Identicator rep at the CTST show in late April, he alluded to the fact that they might want to go public. That is kind of the opposite of being acquired. The only reason to acquire Identicator would be for contacts, not technology, and I don't think IDX management would be willing to have Identicator personnel handle accounts with Compaq or Mastercard. So that doesn't seem to add up. IDX in the past has acquired for technology. (Fingerscan, BAT.)
