- Affymetrix, Inc., today reported results for the second quarter of 1998. For the quarter ended June 30, 1998, revenue increased 133% to $11.1 million up from revenue of $4.7 million for the quarter ended June 30, 1997. For the first six months of 1998, revenue increased 176% to $20.8 million, up from revenue of $7.6 million for the first six months of 1997. Product sales increased 404% to $4.8 million for the quarter ended June 30, 1998 and 520% to $8.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 1998 up from $0.9 million and $1.4 million in the same respective periods of 1997...... biz.yahoo.com
