I believe it is a great announcement, however, in the bb world it seems everyone has gotten bored with this stock and the continued decline, even on good news. For some reason the mm's seem to be controlling the lid on this one. Must be too many shares floating around to get a rally. Also they continue to avoid any news of funding to support any of their previously announced projects. It seems as though every project they announce goes into a black hole after the announcement, never to surface with an update or progress report. Over the past year they have made no less than a half a dozen high potential announcements and not a one of them has been followed with any financials or activity reports. I have no problem with rewarding people for results, but so far, with the exception of Sao Tome, where are the results and the progress reports. I'm glad upper management is getting paid well, because us shareholders sure as hell aren't being rewarded for sticking with them.
