Can anyone tell me how many shares are outstanding? And how big is the float?

I spoke with Ira's phone number today. He is in Calif. I was told that they are working hard to build the stock through promotions that will produce a steady rise. I hope that is the case.

I also spoke with store number one, and was told sales are steady, for what that is worth.

Good luck to all. I hope the promos catch the shorters with their hands in the cookie jar.

Paul

Could anyone give me a reason to buy this stock?

You forget a "couple" of things.

1. The shares converted some months ago.

2. The MM(s) could be long from the failed rally following the spike.

3. The MMs went long (PROBABLY >85K shares) the stock on MON afternoon and they set the bottom at .11 then and with the rally this morning they are buying 11 again. You'll get a better idea of how the MM supply is: when the BID goes up they are probably out. I don't believe they are swimming in certificates. As Laz suggest.

4. HVAR should be holding roughly 3/4 of a million in cash (.045/sh) and the stock will never be bought on the open market for .07.

5. All this stock you are talking about was sold by HVAR around .30. This may be behind the resistance at .30, but probably not the sell off at .15.

6. There may be 18 million shares outstanding but the free trading float is much smaller.

7. "It's the market, stupid."

Therefor: WE SHOULD HEAR FROM LEBED TODAY!!!

PS You might check with GA BARD on his current position. He should be tempted at these prices.
