Patrice,

* I am very new to this stock having invested right after they last announced earnings on 25 JUN 98. Expect next earnings approx 25 SEP 98.

* Yes, I seem to recall reading that they do not hesitate at pre-announcing any warning. Any other comments out there?

* I believe they pre announced prior to their FEB 98 earnings. Comments?

* As you can see on this same page, avg vol is 923,400 shares and today 925,400 shares were traded. Today was the busiest of this week and if I can recall the busiest of the past couple of weeks. That tells me that the stock was tanking on lower than average volume. This tells me that this stock is dropping on something else besides bad news on the horizon. I still think traders are taking this stock down.

* I recall reading an insider activity page somewhere on the net showing that the last insider trade was a sale for 600 shares on 15 JUL 98. Aside from that, no activity out of the ordinary. The following link might help you research insider activity:

* Macromedia (MACR), a company rumored to be a merger partner with ADBE reported earnings today. They beat analysts expectations by 2 cents on increased revenue and painted a relatively positive future. I think part of the sell off on ADBE today may have been tied to MACR as MACR also has tanked recently. Let's hope there is a pop tomorrow for MACR which will bring ADBE up with it.

* Let's also hope the market smiles on the economic data due out the next two days.
