CatLady, Point #1: Boca Raton, Florida, home to some of history's biggest scams and frauds in BB stocks. Point #2: I see no difference between a forward split and a reverse split, other than the semantics. Perhaps someone hopes that by using the word forward, there won't be a negative reaction from existing shareholders? Point #3: I have read something somewhere recently regarding the Hawke Group. Let's see if we can find it. KJC
