I stand corrected. Sanders called Intel a "gorilla". It'll be fun to watch AMD lose money and market share as Intel introduces Celeron II in a couple of weeks.

Why??? Sanders said demand was picking up. That's going to help Intel more than AMD.

Sanders might disagree with you.

"Revenues for microprocessors are expected to show no growth in 1998," Sanders said at the BancAmerica Robertson Stephens semiconductor conference "Nevertheless, I expect AMD will show substantial growth in both processor revenue and units shipped in 1998. Obviously, this requires taking market share from the gorilla," Sanders said.
