Just found this one, PSAI, Died today. peeking under the covers and guess what you find,

A recent acquisition,(from Choicepoint), where PSAI paid for it with cash and 400k shares of stock and guaranteed a $20 stock price. If Choicepoint sells, they get the difference in cash.

Why would Choicepoint not short ? (rhetorical)

Shorting and a cover gets profit, then selling what they own gets guaranteed $20. If it went up, cover with the shares they own and profit from the proceeds of the short sale.

Wish I could get a deal like that.

Oh I agree 100% ... It is extremely hard to find a company in the OTC that is not selling shares or has some debenture, Reg S or something that is not being used against shareholders buying in.
