The increase in authorized would be able to happen without our vote because LTGL insiders still own majority (Spencer).

That's true, but for the third time, they still had to register those additional shares and where is that registration?

I recommend that all shareholders voice their concerns directly to the company. If I had known this was Spencer's intention I would have never bought this stock.
