CatLady,

Maybe my understanding of splits is incorrect.

In regular 2 for 1 split you end up with twice as many shares at half the price.

In a reverse 2 for 1 split, you end up with half as many shares at twice the price.

In the forward split they described you would end up with 100x shares at 1/100 the price.

Oh, wait a minute. I didn't read that press release correctly. They're just doing a regular split at 100 to 1. You're right. That is strange for a BB stock to increase the float in that manner. Doesn't that guarantee that they can't be listed now (price per share way too low)?

I did find the Hawke Group. They represent some other OTC-BB stocks. The ones I remember them from were MobileVest and Silver Star.

The only possible reason to do this split is to let the MM's move the price between let's say .01 and .10 and pocket the profits for the companies owners. If that is the case it might be a short term trading stock for some play money. I hear the SEC coming knocking any day now. Like I said, I know nothing about this company. Anyone have any idea what they do?
