ABX did not drill on the Busang. The only independent cores pulled came from Freeport. The data used by ABX in it's DD was supplied to them by Bre-X (The SNC Lavalin report).

Hello Hutch, They must prove that ABX was a partner of A perpetuation of a fraud.

This will be very hard to do. This will be very interesting. I held shares in BXM when it was under .50. BXM is very close to my heart (don't get me wrong here, I feel bad for the people that took a bath).
