To All: Random thoughts on the Naxos scene (with apologies to T. Sowell): Its been nearly two weeks since the bombshell release. I have a few questions I'd like to have the answers to: 1. What did the company know and WHEN did it know it? 2. What is the company's plan to remain viable? 3. What is the company's intention as to requiring Ledoux to provide some explanation of its position on previous certifications? 4. Has ANYONE from the company gone to Ledoux's office yet to demand some answers? 5. Does anyone plan to go to Ledoux's office to demand some answers? 6. If its true the company has paid Ledoux in excess of $3,000,000.00 over the past three years and is Ledoux's second largest customer ($$-wise), why is the company still chasing Ledoux for answers? 7. What is the company doing to stem the "burn/bleed" rate on company capital? 8. Has all hiring been frozen? 9. Do we need two IR reps? How many people does it take to say I don't know anything? 10. In addition to salary, what perks are officers and employees receiving and can they be eliminated? (first class air travel, auto leases, expense accounts) 11. How many shares does his Sidneyship now own in the company? 12. How many shares does Mr. Ian Gordon own in the company? 13. What percentage of the current board membership owns no stock in the company? 14. Why does Walker and Company still represent the company (conflict of interest)? 15. Where is the Russell report? 16. Is management really willing to pursue J/L? 17. If management is willing to pursue J/L is it true Johnson and Lett have indicated they do not want to work with our fearless leader? Is it true they indicated they will work with Fred? 18. When will we see the next PP? (shall we start a pool?) 19. Who will buy the next PP? 20. Is Venezuela really breaking even under any sort of normal accounting reconciliation? 21. Can Venezuela be sold for cash? 22. Why is our fearless leader wasting his time talking to institutions in NYC when he ought to be talking to Ledoux about getting some answers? 23. Is it true that next year the proxies will be delivered with an instructional video adapted from the teaching methods used on Sesame Street? JLA
